1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using revisedaily.com (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account, and at least 18 years old (or have verifiable parental consent) to make a purchase. By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
3. Accounts
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
- Notify us immediately at support@revisedaily.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
- One person, one account. Sharing accounts is not permitted.
4. Products & access
- All products on the Platform are digital — typically PDFs, MCQ banks, or downloadable study material — granted on a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license for individual study use.
- Access is granted to the registered account that completed the purchase. Reselling, bulk redistributing, or publicly hosting our content is strictly prohibited.
- Download links and access tokens are time-bound and may rotate for security. Re-fetch them from the My Purchases page when needed.
5. Payments & pricing
- All prices are listed in INR (or as displayed) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Payments are processed by third-party payment gateways. We do not store full card details.
- We reserve the right to change prices. Existing purchases are not affected by future price changes.
6. No refund policy
Because all our products are digital and are delivered instantly upon successful payment, all sales are final and non-refundable. Please review the product description carefully before purchasing. Read the full No Refund Policy for the limited exceptions and our support process.
7. Intellectual property
All content on the Platform — including PDFs, MCQs, explanations, design elements, the ReviseDaily name, and the logo — is owned by ReviseDaily or its licensors and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You receive a limited license to use purchased content for personal study only. You may not:
- Reproduce, redistribute, or republish content in any form.
- Remove or alter copyright notices, watermarks, or attribution.
- Use the content to train machine learning or AI models.
- Use the ReviseDaily name or logo without prior written permission.
8. Affiliate program
Affiliates (Creators) can earn commissions by referring buyers using their unique links. Affiliates agree to (a) promote products honestly and in compliance with applicable laws, (b) not engage in spam, misleading claims, or trademark bidding, and (c) accept payouts subject to the verification, KYC, and minimum-payout-threshold rules described in the Creator portal. ReviseDaily reserves the right to suspend any affiliate found violating these rules.
9. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or attack the Platform.
- Upload or transmit malicious code or attempt to gain unauthorized access.
- Use the Platform to harass, abuse, or impersonate any person or entity.
- Violate any applicable law or regulation.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to any account that violates these terms, engages in fraud, or infringes on our intellectual property — with or without prior notice. You may close your account at any time by writing to support@revisedaily.com.
11. Disclaimers
ReviseDaily is provided "as is". While we work hard to ensure accuracy, we do not guarantee that content is error-free or sufficient for any specific exam outcome. Exam preparation involves many factors outside our control, and your results depend on your effort.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReviseDaily and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated date at the top of this page. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
